FACTORY WARRANTY 
Mazda3, Mazda3 Sport, Mazda5, Mazda6, Mazda6 Sport, Mazda6 Sport Wagon, Mazdaspeed6, RX-8, MX-5, MPV: The basic warranty on Mazda vehicles covers all parts found to be factory defective for 36 Months or 80,000 km, whichever comes first. Additional warranties cover Powertrain components for a period of 5 years or 100,000 km whichever comes first, body sheet metal perforation for 5 years and unlimited mileage and specific emission control components for up to 8 years or 128,000 km. Mazda B-Series Truck The basic warranty on Mazda vehicles covers all parts found to be factory defective for 36 Months or 60,000 km, whichever comes first. Additional warranties cover Powertrain components for a period of 3 years or 80,000 km whichever comes first, body sheet metal perforation for 5 years and unlimited mileage and specific emission control components for up to 8 years or 128,000 km. Mazda Tribute Exclusions from coverage for all Mazda vehicles are limited to maintenance items or adjustments (repairs not requiring parts replacement) on vehicles over 12 months old or 20,000 km and repairs due to normal wear and tear. Ask your Mazda Dealer for additional information. WHAT IS COVERED Mazda warrants that your new Mazda Vehicle is free from defects in material or workmanship, subject to the following terms and conditions. A Mazda Dealer will make necessary repairs, using new or remanufactured parts, to correct any problem covered by this warranty without charge to you. Yet, we are aware that while you are focused on exhilaration, service may slip your mind. That's why we've created the Mazda Added Protection plans to protect you against unexpected repair costs. MAP works in conjunction with your specified new vehicle warranty for up to 7 years or 160,000 km. With it you are covered for services over and above your existing warranty. MAP is our way of ensuring that your ownership experience is the best it can be. The way we look at it, excitement comes from being behind the wheel of your new Mazda, so our dealership service departments work hard to keep you there. How the Mazda Added Protection Program Works Whether you lease or buy your new Mazda vehicle, there is a broad selection of MAP plans to meet your specific coverage requirements. The New Vehicle 36/80, 42/100 and 48/100 plans are ideal for individuals who lease a Mazda vehicle and want comprehensive coverage throughout the lease term. If you decide to purchase your Mazda at the expiration of the lease you can purchase additional comprehensive or major component coverage for up to 84 months/160,000 km at that time.
